We want your online shopping experience with us to be fantastic and in this day and age a huge part of that is feeling protected while making payments or providing personal information.
The Beta e-store is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which provides the highest level of online encryption possible. In simple terms this means that any page where you are providing private information you are doing so on a secure, encrypted server. You can easily see the transition from our standard public server (http://) to our secure server in the browser bar as it will change to https://. When you see the https:// you know that you are on our secure server and no one can view or access your information.
In addition, you can see at the bottom of every store page our GeoTrust Certificate verifying our server integrity. Click on the icon to receive detailed information about our certificate and the server security of our store.

Take full advantage of our new e-store features by creating your own account, the process is very quick and completely FREE!
With your account you can save all of your billing and shipping information for future orders (making check-outs faster and more convenient)as well as keep a record of all of your transactions and order history. In addition you can print details from your orders, email other customers, receive product / sale updates and most importantly receive discount coupons emailed directly to you.
Shipping Options
Please note: Orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. You must call Customer Service at 1-866-787-BETA (2382) to schedule Saturday delivery. If your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day, please call Customer Service to make the necessary arrangements.
Beta ships all packages with Xpress Post which insures each shipment and tracks its delivery. Xpress Post recognizes the following North American holidays and may not ship or deliver to your location accordingly, please call Customer Service for more details.

Returns and Exchanges
When returning an item please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time, with shipping, is about three weeks. However, you can cut that down to about a week by using expedited shipping (two-day service or similar); we will ship the package back to you in the same manner.
If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit for the last known retail value.
