BETA is beyond everything tried already.
Since 2001, we’ve built our brand in both the climbing community and urban landscape of downtown Toronto by remaining true to our vision: to deliver an unbeatable product at a reasonable price.
We are independently owned, environmentally and socially responsible and local to the bone, and we want you to get to know us.
At Beta you never have to worry about hype or pressure, gossip or drama, what you get here is great clothing, great service and the unmistakably good feeling that comes with being part of something special.
So go on, take our clothing for a spin, get to know our brand and our values and see how they fit. We’re sure you'll find something here you like, something you can feel great in and great about supporting. If something does catch your eye, try it on for size, tell your friends and help spread the word.
Here's what some of our customers have had to say...
I just bought this great shirt today at the Distillery District from David. I hate being so hot and uncomfortable in the summer heat while having to work. I have to look presentable to clients but still want to be comfortable at all times. Well you can't even imagine how great the fabric that he uses are! My shirt is made from....wait for it.....crab and shrimp shells!! I look forward to many more color combination's in this great polo shirt made by a man who knows his fabrics. Thanks David for realizing the need for a shirt like this for a guy like me. I would love to see more colors and styles soon. I have also just subscribed to your newsletter and blog site. Looking forward to the heat now.

Hello Beta,
My name is Michael D. My wife and I purchased a pair of your shorts and a shirt last Saturday at the Fairy Lake Artisan Show. We bought the black and purple collared shirt and the wine coloured shorts. One of the reasons we bought your product was your claim of a smell free garment after a workout.
After a long day of work, I decided to continue to wear the jersey for a nice 8k run in the 30 degree heat. I did not reapply deodorant and headed out to pound the pavement. The destination was the Go station where I would meet my wife and put the jersey to the smell test.
The train arrived and my wife hesitantly departed making her way toward me. In the past, my running, cycling and hockey gear have stunk so bad that it has choked me out. With grim determination, my wife stuck her nose in my pit and lo and behold, she did not pass out. In fact, there was no smell!

Hi Beta,
I purchased a t-shirt for my husband from you at the One of a Kind show. In fact it was a replacement for one that I bought at the Christmas show, which turned out to be too small. I wanted to let you know that Greg LOVES it. The fit, the feel...it's his new favorite.
In addition to thinking that you make a quality product, I also wanted to let you know that my experience with your company has been first class. Everything from a no-hassle return of the first shirt, to being chased down at the show because you found the right size in the back suggests that you take customer service seriously...something I thought was an old fashioned concept.
I'll be spreading the word about your business to all my friends. And I look forward to seeing you again at the November 2010 show so that I can buy more.
You and your team should be very proud.
Cheers,
Christine N.

The guys at Beta Clothing were a pleasure to work with. I figured if they were good enough to design and produce the uniforms for the Canadian National Climbing Team, they’re a good choice for our (corporate program) shirts.
